Colonel William Seck, Superintendent of the Kansas Highway Patrol, has announced that Master Trooper Mark A. Wright was promoted to lieutenant on February 13, 2005. In this role, he is the zone supervisor in Winfield.
Joining the Patrol as a trooper in June of 1988, Wright assumed road patrol duties in Wichita. In 1999, he was promoted to master trooper and transferred to Winfield.
