Jefferson County Receives New Trooper

Colonel William Seck, Superintendent of the Kansas Highway Patrol, has assigned Trooper Chad J. Boling to Jefferson County. Trooper Boling received the assignment following his recent completion of an extensive 22-week basic law enforcement course at the Patrol's Training Academy in Salina.

Trooper Boling is a graduate of Highland Park High School in Topeka. He has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Washburn University.

Trooper Boling has begun his field duties in Shawnee County under the supervision of Trooper Josh MacEwan. Upon completion of field training, he will assume patrol duties in Jefferson County.
