Kingman County Receives New Trooper

Colonel William Seck, Superintendent of the Kansas Highway Patrol, has assigned Trooper James W. Reames to Kingman County. Trooper Reames received the assignment following his recent completion of an extensive 22-week basic law enforcement course at the Patrol's Training Academy in Salina.

Trooper Reames is a graduate of Chisholm High School in Enid, Okla. He has a bachelor's degree in conservation law enforcement from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.

Trooper Reames has begun his field duties under the supervision of Trooper David Golden. Upon completion of field training, he will assume patrol duties in Kingman County.
