Oliva Promoted to Procurement Officer IV

Colonel William Seck, Superintendent of the Kansas Highway Patrol, has announced that Richard Oliva was promoted to Procurement Officer IV at the Highway Patrol's General Headquarters in Topeka. Oliva was promoted on July 2, 2006.

Oliva joined the Patrol on August 16, 2004, as a Procurement Officer III. As the Procurement Officer IV, Oliva oversees the Patrol's Purchasing Department. Prior to joining the Patrol, Oliva was the Procurement Manager at Fleming Foods in Topeka for 30 years.
