Colonel Terry Maple, Superintendent of the Kansas Highway Patrol, has assigned Trooper Ricky D. Dilks to Johnson and Wyandotte counties. Trooper Dilks received the assignment following his recent completion of an extensive 22-week basic law enforcement course at the Patrol's Training Academy in Salina.
