Franklin County Receives New Trooper

Trooper Neil Stanley

Colonel Terry Maple, Superintendent of the Kansas Highway Patrol, has assigned Trooper Neil A. Stanley to Franklin County. Trooper Stanley received the assignment following his recent completion of an extensive 22-week basic law enforcement course at the Patrol's Training Academy in Salina.

Trooper Stanley graduated from Mena High School in Mena, Ark. Prior to joining the Patrol, he was a police officer with the Ottawa Police Department in Ottawa, Kan.

Trooper Stanley has begun his field duties under the supervision of Trooper Josh Kellerman. Upon completion of field training, Trooper Stanley will assume patrol duties in Franklin County.
