Can I pull a boat behind my RV (multiple trailers) with my truck?

Yes.

The first trailer must be equipped with an anti-sway mechanism (unless it’s a fifth wheel trailer), and the second trailer must have service brakes acting on at least one axle of the trailer.  Every motor vehicle and every combination of vehicles shall have a service braking system which will stop such vehicle or combination within forty (40) feet from an initial speed of twenty (20) miles per hour on a level, dry, smooth, hard surface. (KSA 8-1734 & 8-1907)

If pulled behind a truck (not truck-tractor) the overall length is limited to 65 feet (KSA 8-1904).
